          改進(jìn)措施 1、將存在的問題在全院11月份護(hù)理質(zhì)量例會(huì)上通報(bào),警示大家引起重視。                          2、用藥知識(shí)、康復(fù)指導(dǎo)、心理護(hù)理等內(nèi)容要貫穿于患者住院期間的各個(gè)治療護(hù)理環(huán)節(jié),不僅僅限于入院時(shí)進(jìn)行,切實(shí)做到用心服務(wù)。                                         3、每月聯(lián)系卡的科室盡快制作專科特色的服務(wù)聯(lián)系卡,方便患者咨詢、就診。
